• Monies from the Trygve Lie Gallery Cultural Fund – The Norwegian Seamen’s Church in New York will be designated, in particular, for exhibitions in Trygve Lie Gallery, but also the other cultural programs given in the Norwegian Church’s public spaces, such as concerts, theatrical performances, seminars and lectures.
• We do want to pay the artists that perform and also to cover at least some of the expenses they might have (for example travel or shipping expenses).
• We also want to promote and publicize the events in a better way.
• And it is a main goal that the money of the Trygve Lie Gallery Cultural Fund benefit in particular young, up-and-coming artists.

The fund will be administered by the cultural director of the church in collaboration with the administrator (Sr. Pastor) of the church, the Cultural Committee and the manager of this account.
